Sanguine Frenzy

While Sanguine Frenzy is active, all damage you take is reduced by 30% and you gain access to alternate abilties. Death's Arc is replaced with Sanguine Arc. Rage Cleave is replaced with Sanguine Cleave. You can not gain Pain Resource while Sanguine Frenzy is active. Can be used during Global Cooldown
