The Vehement

Every 6 / 5 / 4 / 3 BASIC ability causes your target to erupt, dealing the damage again to all enemies in a radius around the target as poison damage. The damage is increased by a percentage equal to your Critical Strike chance %, up to a maximum of 50%.

Where each number in the text above comes from, in the order the text spends them. A coefficient is multiplied by the attribute it names; a band is the width the roll lands in, so the printed range is the mean less and plus half of it.
