The White Witch's Boon

Periodically, Eira will appear near you and create a Winter Rune on the ground. Players that step into the Winter Rune gain a shield absorbing up to 50% of their maximum health that lasts for 60 seconds. While the shield is active on a player they take 50% reduced damage and are healed over time.
