Forbidden Technique

Your Double Palm Strike finisher applies Forbidden Technique to the target for 15 seconds. Forbidden Technique accumulates 18% of all damage you deal to the target. Once it expires, is removed, or if the enemy dies while it is active - the accumulated amount explodes on the target and onto nearby enemies. You are healed for 100% of the damage dealt by Forbidden Technique. You can only have one Forbidden Technique active at any time.
