A sentinel of starlight, Elarion Beau'ghai has walked the world for millenia as the surviving half of an ancient myth that shaped the world.
He joins the Fellowship to watch over those who might one day fall to the same corrupting power he is fated to stop.
The Skystrider moves about the battlefield with the grace of a trained marksman.
Elarion is a Ranged Damage Dealer that builds and spends Focus to perform powerful abilities.
As an mythic bowman, Elarion has access to powerful buffs and debuffs that empower his shots and manipulate the battlefield.
Increases the chance to trigger a "Spirit Refund" whenever you use an ability that costs Focus, causing you to refund any Focus spent when using that ability.
You also gain 
Rising Spirit for 10 seconds, increasing your Agility by 5%.
Each time you trigger the "Spirit Refund" you gain 1 Spirit Point toward your Spirit Ability charge and apply 5 stacks of 
Lunarlight Mark to the target, plus 2 stacks to up to two additional nearby enemies.
