Whenever you use Hemorrhaging Strike on an enemy with Hemotoxin 1 stack is consumed and the existing bleed effect erupts, instantly dealing 70% of its full duration damage as poison damage to the target and nearby enemies. Hemotoxin damage reduced beyond 1 target.
