Each time you succesfully Block an attack, you generate 3% Toughness. TOUGHNESS Toughness is displayed as a bar to the right of your character. The more Toughness you have, the less damage Helena takes. Your maximum Toughness value ([not in the build]) is equal to 770% strength. Every 1% of Critical Strike, Haste, Expertise, and Spirit you have further increases the final amount by 2%. Can be used during Global Cooldown
