The bonus healing generated by Rune of Renewal generates Radiant Rune resource relative to the value of the heal. GRAND DESIGN Hold down the ability button until a cast bar is displayed to cast this ability on up to 4 targets at 60% power. Requires 2 Radiant Runes. Vigour inscribes a resonating rune onto the spirit of an ally. When Vigor heals that ally, the rune pulses gently, further mending any wounds that linger as its light nourishes the body and spirit.
