RESIDUAL LUMINOSITY When Luminous Barrier expires or is removed from a player, they gain Residual Luminosity for 15 seconds, reducing all damage taken by 15%. GRAND DESIGN Hold down the ability button until a cast bar is displayed to cast this ability on up to 4 targets at 60% power. Requires 2 Radiant Runes. Vigour inscribes a rune of protection onto an ally, causing light to be woven around them into a barrier of divine energy. The barrier stops all forms of attack, whether forged by steel or conjured by magic.
