Frostwyrm's Spite

Each tick of your Freezing Torrent grants you 1 stack of Frostwyrm's Spite for 15 seconds, up to 30 stacks, and you can now move while channeling. Your Cold Snap consumes all stacks of Frostwyrm's Spite, increasing its damage by 30% per stack. Additionally, your Cold Snap hits 1 additional enemy near your target for each stack it consumes. Frostwyrm's Spite damage is reduced beyond 3 targets.
