When your Deferred Fate: Relay or Deferred Fate: Mass Relay overheals, you gain stacks of Resonant Fate relative to the amount of overhealing. Once you reach 100 stacks of Resonant Fate, your next Amend Fate that removes Stagger on a player also grants that player 12% Damage Reduction for 15 seconds Resonant Fate cannot gain stacks for 20 seconds after it has been consumed.
